The Angel Give-Away is now closed
This Give-Away is something I made! Her name is "Hope". I name all the angels/dolls I make. I started naming them back when I was doing craft shows on a regular basis. It started with one angel I made in memory of a dear cousin, Mary Ellen, and it just grew from there. Ok, I have no idea why I shared that. (Hubby says I always share more information than necessary. Could it be I have more words to use up? LOL !
She's mainly for hanging, because she has no legs, and is quite long, but she does sit nicely on a shelf or a bed (I actually had a repeat customer "way back when" that ordered one for each bed in her house).
Here's the "drill" for those who have never entered one of my give-aways before, or a refresher for those that have
1. Leave a comment (that gets you one entry)
2. Click on "Follow" to follow my blog (that earns an extra 2 entries)
3. Take my button and post on your blog (another 2 entries)
4. Blog about it (with a link), Tweet about it, actually talk about it everywhere except the men's bathroom at a truck stop (LOL) and that'll get you another two.
So there you have it, a potential for a total of 7 entries!
Cut-off date is Tuesday, December 16th. Which is, by the way, the day after the Christmas Goodies Recipe Exchange link-up! DO come back for that on Monday the 15th! You can read about it here.
Jeanette,
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm commenting, I'm already following you, I already have your button on my blog. You've kind of tied my hands with the not talking about it in the mens bathrooms at truckstops because I talk to lots of truckdrivers all day long and I might just tell one of them that I might win this sweet little Angel named Hope and they might just mention it to someone else in the bathroom at the truckstop and well then I've broken all the rules...but it's a chance I'm willing to take in order to have some HOPE in my life :-)
I'll go and post about this on my blog and come back and comment again so that I can have at least one more point! And I might even tweet about it. Be back in a bit.
Ok, I'm back. I tweeted and posted to my sidebar in my blog. Now it's off to bed. Be sure to come by and see my Iwanna Wednesday post Jeanette. Let me know which is the closet of your dreams! TTFN
ReplyDeleteJeanette,

hi there, I just came here from Pam's blog where she posted about a giveaway prize she won from you. (the quilt) and I thought I'd come and check out your blog. I wasn't expecting another giveaway to be the first post I see! The angel is beautiful. My house has lots of bears and angels in memory of my daughter and now her daddy.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to take a look through your blog while I'm here. Hope you don't mind!

Jeanette I must say hope is gorgeous. My grandmother who passed in 2003 collected Angels and I carry on her tradition so I would love to add Hope to my collection.
